Our mission is to facilitate productive connections between investors, project sponsors, and communities in order to drive meaningful activity in Virginia’s 212 Opportunity Zones. We provide the needed education, tools, and resources to guide each stakeholder group through the process while maintaining a pulse on potential and realized impact in communities served.
